AboutThe Client
Punta Sayulita is a 33 acre oceanfront peninsula offering exclusive residential coastal living. Situated on the Pacific side of Mexico, it sits just above the Banderas Bay, a popular vacation location.
The client needed a robust efficient website with multiple uses. Bilingual, visually driven, blog, social integration, and sales material downloads. In the beginning, there was no media or content so we started from zero with branding and logo kits.
About this project
We used the WordPress platform on a private server. We use Litespeed Cache for faster response times. Top quality photography and video was essential to reflect the quality of the location and villas.
After the website launch, the focus changed to expanding social networks, maintaining a strong blog about the benefits of the location and converting website traffic into prospects.
The website build, collection of content, images, photography and video took 3 months to complete. Site authority took approximately 12 months to develop and network with organic backlinking established at the same time.
After 2 years the Punta Sayulita project became profitable with higher demand for their villas and lots.
